Reading Maiden Erlegh meetings take place at the Senior Common Room, Reading University, 7:30pm for 8:00pm unless otherwise noted. Duties are shown in brackets and listed as (I) Visitor Courtesy / Grace, (ii) Introduction of Speaker / Object of Rotary / 4-way Test as applicable, (iii) Vote of Thanks. If you exchange your duty please remember to advise the Secretary. Menus: Vegetarian and other special meals are available only by advance request to the Club Secretary no later than the Sunday prior to each meeting. Note: From 7-Sept-10 onwards the Senior Common Room and the Blue Room will be closed until January 2011 for refurbishment. So all meetings will be in Black Horse House unless otherwise advised. There will be a temporary bar set up in the Black Horse House room exclusively for Reading Maiden Erlegh; during this time there will be a limited selection of drinks available including one keg bitter and one lager. |
